We've seen intricately carved pencils before, as well as Crayolas sculpted into the twelve Chinese zodiacs, and these hand-carved, boldly colored crayons from artist Pete Goldlust are equally exquisite. At first glance, the patterns seem almost machine carved, or extruded, but these were each done by hand. If you look closely, you'll see tiny inconsistencies (like in the spacing on the lime green one or the medium orange) that signify handmade work.
