During my senior year of high school, I was really into these post-Ramones/Cramps/Misfits punk rock bands that took the whole 50s teenager/leather jacket/B-movie/hot rod/drive-in aesthetic to the max. Every Halloween, I still listen to some of their more thematic songs, and they still hit the spot.
