How to Make DIY Typographic Mugs

I’m thankful I don’t have a caffeine addiction. I really like coffee, and tea, (and, unfortunately, Coca Cola, but I try to avoid it the best I can), but promised myself I would never get in the habit of it defining my morning. 

But, I get it, especially in January. A warm, complex beverage to wrap your hands around, and savor. And I think it’d be even better enjoyed in a handmade, customized mug.

So, I kinda love this project by Design Mom. Like, love it a lot. Like, wish I’d known about those porcelain markers so I coulda come up with it myself. Cause if I had, this is exactly what I’d make with one.

Gabby and co. turned a mismatched collection of white mugs from the thrift store into this sweet sketchy Rockwell emblazoned hot cocoa set. So, both handmade and recycled. Can’t beat that.
