How To: Balance an Egg
There’s a myth that maintains it’s only possible to balance a raw egg on its end on the vernal equinox.
Guess what: Totally not true.
But, with the spring equinox occurring on March 20th, it’s still a fun trick to learn and impress your friends. Physics professor Kristi Concannon says, “it’s easier to balance the egg on the round end than the pointy end..If you were to look really close at an egg, there are little bumps. These little bumps act like little legs.”
Huh.
