How To: Guinness Ice Cream Float, Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day
One glass. Two ingredients. One step. Delicious. And its probably healthier than milk, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream…. Just scoop the ice cream into a chilled pint glass, then drown it in stout. Try throwing the whole thing in a blender for a stout milkshake. (Young’s Double Chocolate Stout might be perfect here)
