How to: Make Booze-Infused “Dirty Pirate” Popsicles

Popsicles are nearly the perfect food: they’re sweet, they’re frozen, they’re a little messy, and, most importantly, they come on sticks. And not as a novelty, but by defintion.

The only thing missing? A little extra kick and fun from a bit of alcoholic spirits.

Enter the Dirty Pirate…   It’s a rum-and-coke inspired frozen treat, with the addition of some spiced rum and a little Kahlua to keep you awake to munch on another one!

Be sure to read the note at the bottom which suggests letting the soda go flat before freezing for a better texture.
